Who I am?

I spent half of my life in Romania and half in Hungary, so I’ve been fortunate to call both countries home. This dual heritage has undoubtedly shaped my perspective, a constant exploration reflected in my ever-evolving photographic pursuits. My photographic journey began in a home darkroom, where I learned the art of developing both black and white and color films. I made some pocket money by processing color slides to friends and reinvested it in buying photo equipment.

After a period of dedicated family and career focus, photography re-emerged with renewed vigor in 2013. I embraced the digital age with a full-frame Canon system and a growing collection of lenses and other stuff. Today, retirement allows me to dedicate myself to my passions: exploring the world, spending time with loved ones and my beloved pets, and, of course, constantly evolving my photographic expression.

My current interests encompass a diverse range of subjects, including portraiture, nature, night photography, and drone imagery. However, I embrace the fluidity of artistic expression, recently finding inspiration in landscape and fine art nude photography.

I am a member of the Photographic Society of America, holding the MPSA title. I have more than 2500 acceptances, more than 180 awards in different international contests in more than 60 countries.
